A lot of the best games in college basketball have been played at the start of the college basketball season, but not every game is a showcase.
This season, that has changed.
Here are 10 games you should be watching.
The ACC: The Blue Devils have had the best conference regular season record in college hoops for two straight seasons.
After an eight-game stretch that included a win over Kentucky in the Sweet 16, they will face a No. 3 seed in the tournament in Boston on Saturday.
They will also be facing the defending national champions, who they’ve beaten in the round of 32 four times since 2013.
The Big Ten: Ohio State and Penn State are locked in a tight race for the Big Ten title, with the Buckeyes winning the conference regular-season title.
Ohio State’s Big Ten tournament resume includes a Big Ten Tournament Championship, a NCAA Tournament berth, and a second-round NCAA Tournament appearance.
The Badgers are coming off a Big 12 title.
Michigan State and Iowa will also battle in the Big 12 Tournament, which will feature two games at home.
The Pac-12: Oregon State and Stanford will battle for the Pac-10 crown, and it will be Stanford’s first Big Ten championship since 2013-14.
The Cardinal will also play in the Pac 12 Tournament.
The Ducks have won eight consecutive Big Dance titles, and their first Big Dance title will mark their first title since 2013 (the last time the Ducks won the Pac 10 title).
The Cardinal are coming out of a tough Pac-8 regular season and are looking to end a three-game losing streak.USC: USC will face the Bruins in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, and the Trojans will be looking for their first NCAA Tournament victory.
USC will also have a chance to close out the regular season, as the Bruins are looking for a seventh straight win.
USC has played the Bruins once in the last two years, and will be seeking its first NCAA tournament victory since 2006-07.
The Bruins are coming in after a seven-game winning streak and their third consecutive NCAA Tournament trip.USF: The Bulls will host the Hurricanes in the third round of NCAA Tournament play, with Florida State taking on the Seminoles in the semifinals.
The Bulls are coming into the tournament as the favorite, and Florida State will be trying to end an eight game losing streak and its first loss of the year in the ACC.
The Seminoles are coming after a five-game win streak and a win at Georgia Tech.USL: The L.A. Galaxy is coming off back-to-back games in the MLS, with a win against Seattle Sounders FC.
The Galaxy is also coming off an 8-2-1 campaign, which includes a 3-1-0 mark against the Sounders.
The team has been able to close games and get back into the game against Seattle, winning 4-3 on March 6 and 4-2 on March 11.
The American Athletic Conference: Texas A&M is coming out to a slow start, with only two wins in their last seven games.
Texas A & M will face off against the Aggies in the AAC Tournament, with A& M taking on Houston on Saturday night.
Houston has been the biggest threat to the Aggie’s record, but the Longhorns have won five straight games.
The Sun Belt: Georgia Tech is coming into a tough stretch, with two games coming up against FCS opponents.
Georgia Tech has won three straight and is looking for its third straight win over an FCS opponent.
Georgia Southern will face South Alabama in the Sun Belt Tournament.
South Carolina: The Gamecocks will travel to Georgia on Saturday for the first of a three game series against the Bulldogs.
South Carolina will be the defending SEC champion and will face Georgia Tech for the second of a five game series.
South Dakota State is looking to get back on track after a three win stretch, and Georgia Tech and South Dakota will be coming into this series looking to avoid a losing record.
Southwestern Athletic Conference (SAC): Southwestern will host Georgia Tech in the first round of its postseason, with Georgia Tech coming off their first ACC Tournament win.
The Bulldogs have been one of the biggest disappointments of the last decade, and Southwestern should be looking to bounce back from their loss to Louisville on Saturday, with their second straight loss coming to North Carolina State.
Georgia Tech is currently ranked No. 11 in the AP Poll.
Southwestern is currently No. 7 in the Associated Press Poll.
